this is weird - this site says delivery is now but it is still, according to the icons, being cooked!! Will give it 10 mins and then will ring. This is changing my mind on the speed of service. Will keep you informed.

Would have been nice to purchase a drink with dinner such as a Singa or Kingfisher beer with dinner. We have used Star of Bengal for many years but normally call. Have found this service is easy but sometimes get discount when call be good to see this given to loyal online customers too in future.

I notice that the fancy timer on the web page for when the food will be delivered does not continue for the twenty minutes past the stated delivery time! No apology for late delivery, probably not the drivers fault he doesn’t know when it was ordered. Food not as piping hot as it could be for delivery to somewhere only four minutes from the restaurant. Struggled to find the lentils in the dahl, very watery. Keema naan was only half filled with meat. Otherwise quality of food was good and flavoursome.

A more realistic time of when the food is ready to collect/deliver. On booking the system said 40 minutes, in reality it took almost two hours!

The Baltic chicken was nice but the tandoori mixed grill was the worst we've ever had. The chicken leg looked like it had already been stripped and the bone was actually black, no prawns and no lamb and the chicken was mushy. Popadoms were soft.

I thought I’d treat my mum to a takeaway and ordered through Just Eat. I ordered for 6.15, it came 25 minutes early and we weren’t ready for it. We paid a delivery price even though it stated we wouldn’t if we spent over £20 which we did. Also what was the service charge about, never had that on Just Eat before. When we got to the food it was lukewarm, the onion bhajis were so hard and it was really quite bland. Even my son who eats anything couldn’t eat much. I’m afraid we won’t be coming back.

I have ordered two take aways from you in the last couple of months and both of them have been very disappointing. They have both been bland and tasteless. I ordered a rogan josh tonight it was tasteless and inedible. You need to do some serious quality control over what your chefs are producing, frankly it is horrible. I would be extremely reluctant to use your restaurant again which is a shame as I have been a customer of yours for years. Very dissatisfied customer!
